We invite you to carefully review your order upon arrival and notify us right away if anything appears flawed, damaged, or incorrect. Your prompt communication allows us to assess the concern and ensure it is resolved with care.
As a custom manufacturer, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces. Any workmanship concerns must be reported and verified immediately upon delivery, and no later than 7 days from receipt.
Our meticulous quality-assurance process makes such issues highly uncommon, but should a defect arise, we will address it with priority and precision.
Please note that only items confirmed as defective are eligible for return.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
